Well, I know you don’t, but it logically doesn’t make sense. A paper check or MO requires someone to deliver the mail, open the envelope, record the payment information, and take it or send it to the bank. An online payment would (if their systems were set up correctly) would eliminate all the walking around, be recorded automatically in the system, and be remitted by ACH to the bank. The computer equipment required should already be amortized in the capital budget, so a $9 fee is not justifiable, IMO.

It’s backwards from the way most companies do things, is what I want to say.
