I would be fine with not being able to use food stamps for “edible food-like substances” and soft drinks. Steak and lobster have more nutritional value than junk food.

There was a time where I skipped lunches for 3 weeks in order to save enough money to take out the wife for an anniversary dinner. It never occurs to the RWNJs that folks could be celebrating an important event, such as a graduation, etc. and making a very rare purchase for the event. And doing without other days in order to make up the difference. No, poor folks are living the life of luxury! ////////
