I believe it, that they weren’t trying to incite violence against the police. They wanted violence against the protesters, death by cop, by trying to record a supposed threat against the police to make them itchy enough to start shooting.

They wanted to get some bullshit rhetoric on video. It’s their basic MO, try to get people to go along with or condone an outrageous prompt, deceptively edit out all context, use video to discredit the target.
