Meteorologists in Germany are calling predicting a warm spell and calling it the Franzosenfrühling, or “French Spring”. Temps well above 60°F.

Temps got up to 68°F here today by midday, but have since crashed back down to 34°F and won’t get above 50°F until the weekend. A typical Virginia Beach winter: bipolar.
