Good catch. That was posted a few days ago. Napolitano isn’t going to catch any heat for this. The Wingnuts are more than ready to embrace Truthers.
I think this was orchestrated. About a week ago Alex Jones dissed Beck But had high praise for Napolitano. Napolitano appeared on Alex Jone’s show a few days later.
Now Napolitano is using his Fox show to promote Alex Jones’ conspiracy theories. This was planned ahead and almost certainly approved by Fox management.

It’s much like Michael Steele’s “gaffe” about opposing the war in Afghanistan. It’s a trial balloon.

Sorry-I think hizzhonor is a royal doosh, but I don’t see a conspiracy. I do think that the GOP is on the cusp of going Paulian however. Sad what Steele let happen on his watch.
