“Punitive” could go sky high. Breitbart has a Brentwood address. “Punitive” has to be enough to hurt a bit, I think. From the Complaint: “…Punitive damages to punish defendant’s reprehensible conduct and to deter its future occurrence.” He’s already shown a propensity to re offend.

Consider that punitive damages in many high profile cases for lesser offenses were in the millions.

What I also hope is that Sherrod refuses a settlement even if he tries to cough one up. This could put Breitbart on the street actually if it goes poorly enough for him. Then he could be a nice cautionary tale to the wingnuts.
