The MSM started using his military status to hype this up. I don’t know if he is still active duty. My point is - if he is putting USMC “property” at risk outside the context of orders he is going to have a problem when he next reports for duty. If he has been separated or discharged then his former military status is being used by the MSM to further escalate emotions. I have no problem with him protesting. I do have a problem with him putting himself in a situation resulting in his being injured. That is why boot camp for Marine recruits is so tough. When Marines ignore their training or for whatever reason screw up there is a high probability of damaging U.S. Government Property or terminating it. This is not looked upon in a kindly manner by their NCOs and officers who are responsible for their charges well being.
