I believe he was making jokes in a manner of humor he finds amusing. The jokes one makes or laughs at is a very telling indication, to me, of the kind of person he is. Grenell’s humor is particularly mean in spirit, meant to ridicule and humiliate. It’s sadistic. This tells me that he is an asshole and his scrubbing of tweets and so-called apology are disingenuous. No joke.
