Sec State looks great but rather a distant focus. 2 Term Senate, how should that compare to two term governor?

Bush was a multi-term governor. Obama was a one term senator. We like to talk about governors but Walker and Kasich are governors, and they scare me just as much as the other Republicans.

And the one authority that the president has that no other elected official does is foreign affairs.
