Now you’re being plain stupid. The “doc fix” could have been included in the health care bill. I’m personally glad it wasn’t, for the simple reason that it’s not actually a new cost from HCR.

It’s a $23B stand alone spending bill that because of it’s exclusion, is now directly added to the deficit.
