Hey if Bush fucked up the MMS under tenure as President, and the f***ed up (or more exactly coked up) version of the MMS gave BP the permit to drill the well that sprung a leak (that brought the cat, that ate the rat) then it’s not exactly a stretch to say some of the blame is Bush’s fault…
