I’ve had escargot, and it’s quite amazingly tasty.

Not all species of snail are edible, BTW. So before you start your snail farm, do some research.

Plus as a matter of law, restaurants cannot accept food product from a private source unless that source is commercial and reputable (proper commercial permits, licenses, etc).
