Has anyone found out yet who put on that “free speech event” Vilks was speaking at?

On her site, she also has a number of photos, one with her, someone named Ramaleh, Vilks, Spencer, with their arms around each other.

I googled “International Freedom Conference” (which she called it), couldn’t find that, and can only surmise that she and Spencer put it on with some kind of private funding.
