On a lighter note, I recently took note of a person even more ridiculous than Romney.

I happened to turn on the Today Show yesterday and the guest was none other than Barry Manilow, a parodist whose imitation of a Vegas lounge-lizard singer was popular in the 70s. Decadent time, the 70s. I hadn’t even known he was still alive (and didn’t especially care). He even has his trademark shaggy dog hairdo, though he is now 69 years old.
