Quick questions: 1.) Do the Palestinians in the West Bank or Gaza have sirens to warn them when danger is coming? 2.) Do they have bomb shelters they can go to? Please don’t make any assumptions about why I’m asking or throw a bunch of other stuff at me—it’s simply something that never occurred to me to ask about before, so a simple yes or no answer is would be appreciated. TIA

I do remember from Cast Lead that before the Israelis destroy a residential house the IDF calls the house and neighbors on the telephone before hand. It seems an odd courtesy but it happens. I’m pretty sure there’s no warning given before hitting launch sites.
I don’t know about designated bomb shelters but people usually congregate at hospitals and UN buildings/schools as safe zones.
