This is why he needs to hear from West Virginians stressing Kavanaugh’s partisan hackery and allegiance to Anthony Kennedy’s attempted destruction of the ACA. If Manchin were smart and honorable, he’d say Kavanaugh’s temperament in the hearings revealed him as someone likely to take healthcare away from people out of pure partisan spite.
