Would oligarchy be a better term than aristocracy?

Interesting question. My gut reaction is that aristocracy better captures the entitlement that these masters of the universe feel so strongly.

It is not enough that they rule (i.e., oligarchy). Their rule must be blessed as “the ways things ought to be”.
