I was OK with the bin pickers up to the point where the board of supes was going to pass a law making it illegal to put a recyclable thing in the rubbish bin. And, they were doing night searches, and writing citations.

I brought suit saying that once you put your rubbish bins out on the street you have no control over what passers by do with them.

These geniuses had never thought of that.
