Yes NYC is truly hurting right now. And while they were truly DEEP BLUE for Obama, I still have a lot of friends there - mostly in law, financial services and Tourism. What hasn’t been mentioned much in the MSM (among a whole lot of other things) is that they are ALL UNEMPLOYED. No fucking joke - 8 friends left in NYC and every one of them has lost their jobs since November 5, 2008.
