And as Republicans said at the time anything can be an impeachable offense as long as 218 Representatives vote for it. And that means anything—farting, picking your nose, singing off key even telling a dirty joke…

But Clinton’s impeachment was over something that happened while he was President; could Kavanaugh be impeached for an illegal(unethical?) action before he was appointed to the Supreme Court?
