Consider the overwhelming majority of people where I live have no Internet service. There is no Google for them.

This is not the only part of the nation like that either. The lie is meant to be a soundbite for television and newspapers.

What a fucking disaster, especially in a part of the world where a functioning Internet would be a major boon to the economy and allow people to work from home.
