Yep, which is why guys like Newt can promise “cheap” gas, because the plan would be to cram through another boatload of subsidies and giveaways to achieve it.

And of course he won’t win. Romney however has stated in the past that high gasoline prices might be good for us. I will enjoy remind Republicans of that fact until November.
