Just to clear things up:

She was at the Concordia Summit, down the street from the UN.

It was a skirt, not an apron (the tweet about her baking cookies in the UN kitchen was snark)

The skirt was a Prada number that goes for $2,130.

Lara was with her, but dressed a bit more appropriately, so nobody dissed her poor taste.
