It’s plenty bad; it undermines sovereignty of Native American reservations, and also undermines the proposed solution to abortions - that you could provide abortion providers with space on reservations; this ruling curtails that possibility.

It’s also particularly rich Gorsuch complains about judicial overreach when he signed on to Dobbs and the gun ruling.
