Personally, I love the smell of burning leaves. We used to burn leaf piles when I was kid. Then they changed the laws and we weren’t allowed to burn leaf piles in the village :( Is sucky, cause I never let the fire get out of control, had the hose nearby, blah blah.

You damn enviroweenies keep taking all the fun out of life!

I miss that too. But in Seattle the leaves are always wet and mushy.
