Speaking of evolution, I’m still trying to get over the fact that OK state representative Sally Kern’s preacher-husband used the increasing number of “gaps” argument in his debate against evolution.

And by fantastic coincidence, look what just came out today:

As bacteria evolve to evade antibiotics, common infections could become deadly, according to Dr. Margaret Chan, director general of the World Health Organization.

Speaking at a conference in Copenhagen, Chan said antibiotic resistance could bring about “the end of modern medicine as we know it.”

Durr hurr, evilution is a lie, and drug-resistant bacteria are impossible because the Bible tells me so. Derp.
