This could open a whole new area for debate…theoretically, one could argue that a child must also be conceived in the US to be a US citizen. International flights could then have, in addition to the customs claims cards, questions about whether a person had unprotected sex when they were abroad, and how long it has been since their last menstrual cycle. That’s not getting too invasive, is it?
