If comments I’m reading under the article are true, he’s a murderer with an IQ of 51, so he’s not really competent to stand trial, and he’s not someone who can be released. This seems to be more complicated than what we see in Shaun’s Kos post.
Why was his conviction overturned 35 years ago? Whether or not he killed someone, we don’t hold onto people for 35 years under the pretense that he’s not someone who can be released.
