And Conway says she’s gotten no sleep either.

All these people are sleep deprived, in over their heads, and dictating policy and procedure by fiat.

As anyone who follows Mythbusters knows - sleep deprivation has the same effect as being drunk. It slows senses, reaction time, and cognitive abilities.

This isn’t going to get any better.
