Political karma for Merrick Garland. I was against an expansion of the court before Trump nominated ACB. But if they go through with it, time to expand.

Frankly, the Court should be expanded just to match the number of districts; that was originally how we got 9.

And there should be more judges to handle the caseload.

Plenty of reason aside from political payback. But payback would be sweet.
