I am not sure what you are referring to when you say “between how Charles and the people who hate him communicate”. Maybe you could be more clear?

The people who hate Charles send him emails.

Charles makes those emails public.

West sent Schultz an email.

Schultz made that email public.

Do you feel the need to comment on the fact whenever Charles airs out his hate mail for all of us to see that “I know a lot of good people who have emailed something thinking that it is a private conversation…”

?
