they transcribed the conversation of three people who are bystanders at the crime scene. One is telling the others what he saw. It is like minutes after the shooting.

Ask any police officer how many people claim to have seen traffic accidents they didn’t witness, and all kinds of other things that occurred when they were no where near the scene.

People like to feel important and tell others all the “facts” about something that they didn’t even see all the time. That tape proves nothing taken all by itself and without corroboration that the man claiming to be a witness was present.
