What’s concerning me right now is not the Repubs being so openly hypocritical that it’s sad or the media continuing to pretend that they can be taken seriously, it’s the assurances I’m hearing that the nominee will pass on a party-line vote because “Sinema and Manchin have voted for every judicial nominee so far.”

Why does it concern me? Because the same voices assured me for months that Joe Manchin has never voted against a major Dem bill where his was the deciding vote. A “rule” that he stomped all over and then took a dump on not once, but twice in the span of two months.
