Well, I think we can all appreciate and understand your being sensitive. However, and I say this from personal experience, we cannot allow ourselves to become so sensitive that we constantly lash out at well-meaning allies and friends over misunderstandings. If we do that we only hurt ourselves, our allies, and our cause.

I agree. And when posters I respect have a bad day, I move along and don’t pile on. Interestingly, piling on is apparently a really popular activity here.
