Cruz is admitting to stopping Senate business over bullshit politicking, and yet the Senate honors his holds…the Senate is irrevocably broken.

I hate to cite known asshole @billmaher. Thing is he suggested more than a few times on his HBO show that the Senate should be represented proportional to the state’s population. Maher’s idea is pretty simple: three Senate seats for your New Yorks and Californias and Texases (mind the spelling, it an internet comment) and one senate seat for your Wyomings and Alaskas.

That involves amending the Constitution. So it’s a pipe dream.
