Yes, it is. But as we have so often noted here; The Palestinians have the right to their own opinions, they do not have the right to their own facts.

The Palestinian propaganda machine will naturally treat any recovery effort as an attack of the Al-Aqsa mosque. Given that certainty, it would be a good idea for the Israelis to ensure that the entire recovery effort is observed by Muslims both from Israel and from other countries (perhaps Bosnia or Bangladesh). That won’t blunt the attack in the Arab world, but it would have some effect on the attack in Europe and India and in North America it would likely neutralize the attack for everyone who is reachable.
