The pork chops I grilled the other day? Roughly the size of my head. Delicious, yes - good for weight loss, absolutely not. And Mrs. Fish wondered why I only grilled up 2 of them.

I really need to learn how to make falafel. Now that’s both filling and healthy. I just wish I could make it as good as the shops do.
