No, its: Obama is a fool when it comes to foreign policy and defense and Newt is not. Obama is also clueless about economic matters, and Newt is not. Viewed that way, Newt looks fairly good.

Newt would start a nuclear war if he could.
The thought of that man in office scares me.
In the same way Palin scares me…maybe less because he is at least smart.
