Well, I say all of the time the reason that black people seem to be able to dance is because it’s our music that for the most part is being danced to. You try to get a bunch of black people to line dance to country music and we won’t look nearly as agile. Trust me I’ve seen it, hilarity ensues.

I thought every black person comes out of the birth canal dancing. ///

Seriously - I once had a ballet teacher educate me on the fact that due to slavery, we have extra muscles in our backs that allow us to, you know, dance so good better than anybody else.
