Demographics have consequences also. More women than ever are participating in politics. Because they realized in 2016, if not before, that elections have consequences.

Perhaps what will bury the Republicans as a national-level menace is the repeal of Roe and a corresponding end to this business of pro-choice people thinking they have the leeway to vote for Republicans. Unfortunately if progress comes this way, people will have to die for a few years due to stupid GOP abortion bans for the message to sink in.
