I don’t watch Russia Today because it’s gross. Anyone who went to work for them to start with is either a tool or an idiot, or has a few screws loose, and they’ve been enthusiastically pushing anti-American propaganda because that’s what RT is. So I’m less than impressed when one of their brainless anchors resigns out of “principle.”

The time to have principles is before you start taking the Kremlin’s money.

Still brave, as long as this isn’t kayfabe, because he stands a decent chance of getting pummeled or worse, but it is a bit baffling why this moment, and not any of the other moments of Putin being an amazing violator of human rights and general asshole, is the limit.
