Chuck’s trying to sound smart again, by pimping for the author of the racist Bell Curve.

He’s saying that companies should just ignore EOE law and simply refuse to hire black applicants for skilled positions. The entire premise is that businesses should stop making employment decisions on a case by case individual basis and start categorizing their applicants by race and discriminating on that basis. There’s no other reason to contemplate incorporating the Bell Curve into a companies HR decision making paradigm.
