No. I was simply using “Citizen’s Arrest” as an example of how it is appropriate for citizens to act on something rather than just stand by and wait for the cops.

I was not saying that the activities in that video were an example of people exercising a “Citizen’s Arrest”. I could have just as easily went with a “local boy saves baby from burning building” as an example.
