Every NK household or business has to have a portrait of the leader in a special place, as a shrine. It must be kept spotlessly clean and in clear view of everyone in the room. Inspectors will appear unannounced to check the quality of the display, and punishments meted for any shortcomings.

At least, that was the SOP for the two previous godheads. I don’t know if Kim Jong-Un requires the same kind of worship.
