Unlikely. AWS is the most popular cloud platform, and cloud hosted is the best option for a quick-setup, easy-to-move site.
But sometimes high traffic sites will use distributed caching like Akamai and so forth. Akamai has servers *everywhere*. Wouldn’t surprise me if Akamai and other services like it (or even a service Amazon is offering itself along with hosting) would be on AWS.
Back in days of yore (2000-ish) they had a whole rack of caching servers located at the ISP I used to work for.
