California Declares State of Emergency Over Swine Flu

Gov. Schwarzenegger declares a state of emergency that will allow federal funding to combat an outbreak of swine flu in California, which could be the first state to link a fatality to the virus.

Schwarzenegger is a political whore looking for any federal dollars he can get his hands on.
