What we have here is O’Reilly, in the great tradition of his flawless “journalism,” confusing the percentage of African-Americans in the U.S. population (13%) with the actual number, and spouting that Roseanne’s remarks offend 13 million African-Americans. In fact the actual A-A population in the U.S. is just over 40 million.
