Compared to most people, I’m unfortunately fairly familiar with QAnon and their various little terms and phrase (“breadcrumbs” and “bakers” are two particularly insipid ones), but WTF does it mean to “give someone HQ”?

Probably refers to the anti-malarial drug? (Or to the Hooge Quartermass—hard to tell with Q-tips.)
