Side note - even with the placebo, localized swelling at the injection is a common side effect, and albeit rarer, a slight fever can happen.

Luck of the draw where they stick it. I felt nothing for the first shot, and all was well. The next time it hurt a little, no after effects. 3rd time, kinda hurt a little when I got it and a couple of days later YEOUCH! No matter, I will take another dose as often as they recommend it because pain and suffering up front sure beats drowning in my own mucus later on.
