The part I love about the whole “Chief Justice Roberts only voted in favor of ACA because he was worried about how the public would view the Supreme Court” BS:

A Justice who took part in Citizens United… a decision that even the majority had to have known would probably go down as one of the most unpopular in history … would be worried about how it would look if they struck down a law that has, at best, about 50% approval.
